Jill Vexler discusses textiles made and worn by Indigenous peoples of Chachahuantla, Puebla, Mexico, located in the Northern highlands of the State of Puebla. Chachahuantla is where Jill did fieldwork toward her doctorate in anthropology at UCLA. She shows examples of exquisite embroidery and weaving techniques as well as a photo essay on textiles worn for Día de los Muertos.
