Batik is a cloth made with wax-resist dyeing techniques. In Indonesia, each region has its own unique styles that incorporate patterns representing flowers, animals, or people.

Inspired by the textiles in the Fowler in Focus: Courtly and Urban Batik from Java, use crayon-resist drawings to replicate traditional batik designs.
