Join assistant curator of African arts Erica Jones as she explores two new installations of African art in Intersections: World Arts/Local Lives. The installations include Yorùbá art of West Africa in the Art and Power section and a Lobala drum and Yaka headdress (both recent gifts from the Merton Simpson Estate) as well as gifts of Lega and Zulu art from Fowler patron Jay T. Last in Fowler in Focus: The Collector and the Dealer.
