The Fowler makes an elegant, memorable venue for special occasions, and has been the site of numerous events. The following spaces at the Fowler can be made available individually or in combination.

UCLA Art Council Amphitheater Capacity 200-400, depending on the configuration of the event. This space is ideal for festivals and performances. It is located immediately outside the Harry and Yvonne Lenart Auditorium, and works well for receptions held in conjunction with auditorium events.
Fowler Museum Terrace Capacity up to 200 depending on configuration of the event. This lovely outdoor upper-floor terrace provides a view of the UCLA campus. Its architecture, which includes a central arched courtyard, echoes the traditional styles of the original four UCLA buildings.
The Elizabeth and W. Thomas Davis Courtyard Capacity 40-150 depending on the configuration of the event. An ideal space for receptions and small performances, this tranquil landscaped courtyard with its central fountain is fully enclosed within the Museum and is surrounded by the exhibition galleries.

The Harry and Yvonne Lenart Auditorium
Capacity 326. This state-of-the-art lecture hall provides in-house audio, film/slide projection, and video equipment. Available after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.

The Eleanor Deutsch Seminar Room
Capacity 25-40 depending on configuration. This conference room, adjacent to the Museum's exhibition galleries and courtyard is ideal for intimate luncheons, dinners, and meetings.

Exhibition Galleries
Rental of some or all the Museum's Getty, Joss, Lucas, and Fowler exhibition galleries can be included with rental of any of the other spaces.
