The Fowler Museum serves as a learning center for the Los Angeles community and beyond. The Fowler's interdisciplinary approach to education is centered on a commitment to present highly contextualized exhibitions, publications, and programs informed by the perspectives of the cultures and communities being represented. Offerings for adult and youth audiences promote life-long learning and provide multiple perspectives on the arts and values of a broad spectrum of cultures. In-gallery programs, lectures, hands-on workshops, and film screenings engage, instruct, excite, and challenge visitors in the exploration of global artistic expression.
