Kids in the Courtyard: From Hippos to Choo Choos!
Embark on a scavenger hunt to discover the critters in artist Alighiero Boetti’s Tuttos. Italian for “everything,” Tuttos are filled not just with shapes of creatures, but EVERYTHING—people, letters, animals, cars, planes, trains, and more. Design your own, fitting objects together on fabric and then embroidering your creation.
A concert with Afghan percussionist Salar Nader follows at 4 pm.
